Sandy completed his Master of Osteopathy at Victoria University having previously completed a Bachelor of Exercise and Sports Science. Sandy draws on this depth of knowledge to tailor his treatment and management approach to each individual.
During his studies, Sandy participated in a voluntary study exchange to University College of Osteopathy, London which allowed him to gain experience with a wide range of both acute and chronic presentations.
Attracted to Osteopathy by its underpinning principles that structure and function are interrelated, and the body possesses self-healing mechanisms, Sandy aims to find health in the individual, not merely identify dysfunction.
Originally from Ballarat and having spent the last 10 years in Melbourne completing his studies, Sandy has embraced the coastal lifestyle in Ocean Grove. A keen surfer, snowboarder and skateboarder, he has a first-hand understanding of the physical demands and common injuries associated with these sports. Oh, and if there’s no surf, you’ll be able to find him working on his handicap at 13th Beach Golf Club.
